group cancellations
must be made

prior to scheduled arrival date. Any cancellations of groups after that will be charged one night's stay per room. Limited individual cancellations due to injury or illness will be handled on an individual basis. We will contact you to obtain the credit card information.
Some hotels have a 3 night minimum stay.
Any no shows will be billed one night for reserved un-used rooms.
ROOMS ARE LIMITED. REQUESTS WILL BE HANDLED ON A FIRST COME BASIS. COMPLETED ROOMING LISTS MUST BE RETURNED 45 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE
